One sale explains most of the differenceA single take away sale of KES 250K at 12:55 on 26 Aug (500 meals) was rung up as cash. Without it the difference would be KES 123K. The files cannot say whether it was paid in cash or rung under the wrong payment type; the store can add context (decision D5).
Audit only: what this page does not doCash reconciliation is outside the first version (original requirements §4.3). This page states whon the POS and the deposit sheet show and nothing more: no matching, no exceptions, no loss confirmation, and cash never reaches the HR report. The store can add context, such as float kept in the safe or a deposit banked under another date. Showing this view needs the client's OK (decision D5).
